B5 French Cuisine
.Our B5 class decided to cook a French themed dinner in our Hotel Tourism & Catering (HTC) class. We prepared the room with a French map, French cookery book, French flags and napkins in the French colours which are red, white and blue. We picked this theme because our class were interested in the French culture as part of Ethnic cookery. We cooked cantaloupe melon, cucumber salad, croissants, Quiche Lorraine, courgette and tomato bake, pear and almond tart, chocolate gateaux and cream slices. We really enjoyed the experience.
