Subject Speed Dating for TY students

All TY students participated in subject speed dating as part of their programme to help with subject choice. The layout of the event was like speed dating where students visited subjects of interest for 4 minutes at a time and then rotated. 6th year students armed with books and exam papers guided students through the curriculum highlighting the content, demands and challenges of the subject.  It was a fantastic event both for 6th years enjoying the experience and TY students making their decision about certain subjects easier.  Students also have completed aptitude and Interest tests and attended a talk about subject choice and will meet with the guidance counsellor, but this is where it got real i.e. students telling them how it is!
